Jeremy is the dolphin who supposedly left Santa Monica and began swimming across America through rivers, streams, and lakes. Every new video reports him reaching another wildly improbable location—Utah, Nebraska, Missouri, Pennsylvania—as though the country secretly has one continuous dolphin highway. The important bit: Jeremy isn’t a documented real travelling dolphin. He’s a viral, deadpan internet joke that people expand by filming ordinary bodies of water and announcing another Jeremy sighting.
